By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Our Services
 
MyFreshRug.com provides rug washing, repair, pickup, and delivery services throughout Sydney and surrounding regions.
We partner with experienced rug cleaning specialists and logistics providers to ensure the highest quality care for your rugs.
 
 
3. Booking Process
•Bookings are made via our website form.
•Instant quotes are generated based on rug size, material, and service type.
•All quotes are estimates and may change after inspection.
•Confirmation of a booking constitutes your acceptance of the estimated price and these Terms.
 
 
4. Payment
•Payment can be made online or upon rug delivery.
•Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
•Payment must be completed before rugs are returned.
•We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.
•MyFreshRug.com reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.
 
 
5. Pickup & Delivery
•Our team will collect and return rugs at the scheduled time.
•Missed pickups may incur a $40 re-booking fee.
•Delivery times depend on the rug type, cleaning requirements, and weather.
•While every effort is made to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
 
6. Rug Condition & Liability
•Customers must disclose any damage, colour instability, odours, or fragility before pickup.
•MyFreshRug.com and its partners take utmost care, but we are not responsible for:
•Colour fading or dye run in unstable rugs.
•Shrinkage (up to 3-5%) due to fibre nature.
•Pre-existing weaknesses or damage worsening during cleaning.
•Rugs damaged by moths, pets, water, or sun exposure.
 
If our cleaners determine a rug is unsafe to wash, it will be returned unwashed and a pickup/delivery fee may apply.
 
 
7. Repairs & Restoration
•Repair work (e.g., re-fringing, patching, re-weaving) is quoted separately.
•Work begins only after written or verbal approval.
•Due to the handmade nature of rugs, perfect colour or pattern matches cannot be guaranteed.
 
 
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
•Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup without charge.
•Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee.
•Refunds are available if we fail to provide the agreed service.
•Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 
 
9. Customer Responsibilities
 
Customers agree to:
•Provide accurate rug details and access for collection.
•Remove any furniture obstructing the rug before pickup.
•Inspect rugs upon delivery and notify us of any concerns within 48 hours.
•Not misuse our website or provide false information.
 
 
10. Limitation of Liability
 
To the extent permitted by law, MyFreshRug.com, its employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
•Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; or
•Any claim exceeding the total amount paid for the relevant service.
 
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of potential loss or damage.
 
 
11. Privacy Policy
 
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

12. Intellectual Property
